Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturdays are by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays.
No, we do not allow pets.
Residents are responsible for electric, water, and trash. These utilities are billed through your resident portal using an allocation system and are charged per bedroom.
We do not offer short-term leases. All leases are standard 12-month terms.
A damage waiver is available & included. Residents can opt out with personal renters' insurance.
Rent is due on the first of each month. There is a grace period through third of the month. Beginning on the fourth late fees will be posted each day until the balance is paid. Late fees will not exceed $100 per month.
Yes - all units include a washer and dryer.
All apartments are fully furnished. Living rooms include a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, Roku TV, and barstools. Bedrooms include a dresser, desk, chair, bedframe, and full XL mattresses.
No, we do not offer valet trash or recycling services.
We offer both garage and covered parking options. Parking is assigned and requires a monthly fee.
Apartments are cable-ready, but cable service is not included.
The application fee is $45.
Yes, there is a $200 refundable security deposit.
